Our Favorite Overnight Oats Recipe — A Morning Must for Busy Days

Ingredients:

½ cup rolled oats

½ cup milk (dairy or almond)

¼ cup Greek yogurt

1 tbsp chia seeds (optional)

1–2 tsp honey or maple syrup

Favorite toppings — fresh berries, nut butter, or granola
Instructions:

Add everything (except toppings) into a Ball® Mason Jar.

Stir, seal, and refrigerate overnight.
