With 13 years of experience in the real estate industry, Caroline Decherd specializes in listing properties and has developed a unique approach called "Listing Magic." Her focus is on preparing homes to shine before they hit the market, ensuring the best price in the shortest time possible. Real estate runs in her blood—her mother was a real estate broker, and her father, a real estate attorney. Growing up, Caroline’s bedtime stories were real-world real estate challenges and how they were resolved, shaping her deep understanding of the industry.

Caroline is proud to call San Antonio her home. She attended Alamo Heights High School and later graduated from the University of Texas at Austin, where she met her wonderful husband. They have been happily married for 32 years and are the proud parents of four grown daughters.
